RAILWAY TRANSPORT
Coatings for freight wagons, mineral wagons, hoppers, tank wagons, electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, carriages and frames, passenger wagons, subway cars.
Effective protection of railway transport in hostile environments.
KRON represents proven anti-corrosion systems for the protection of railway transport. Coatings are made taking into account years of experience of European producers, and the production meet international quality and safety standards. Anti-corrosion coatings KRON are designed to protect the tank wagons, electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, passenger and freight wagons, mineral carriers and other railway facilities.
One-component and two-component materials are selected individually, based on the conditions of use of the object, taking into account the customer`s wishes and industry requirements for railway transport coatings.

Rail transport must constantly tolerate aggressive external influence in the form of atmospheric condensation, strong winds and active operation. In this case, freight cars, boiler compartment and contact network are being mostly affected. This state of affairs extremely disadvantageously affects the general condition of railway transport constructions. The main problem is the corrosion of the metal elements. Regular repairs and replacement of components allow to support the train in working condition, but they do not solve the problem.
Only a good-quality anti-corrosion system can significantly reduce the rate of corrosion growth. Exactly this type of the coating that serves against the rust of freight cars and passenger trains has been developed by the TM KRON, based on years of experience in progressive research. All coverings of this brand fully meet existing requirements and are certified.
Capacity of anti-corrosion systems for railway transport
The usage of corrosion-resistant coatings showed excellent results in the struggle against the destruction of metal structures and increase of trains service period. Such systems can be used to cover the various elements: pillars and foundations of contact networks; internal and external surfaces of railway carriages (both passenger and freight trains); connections, partitions and different parts of the train; storage boxes, water tanks, equipment and trucks.
Thus, the anti-corrosion coating for tank cars, wagons and structures increases the resistance to climatic factors, moisture, mechanical impact and pollution. That is what will reduce the cost for constant repairs and replacement parts.
