Corrosion traditionally means the spontaneous destruction of various metals and their alloys under unfavourable environmental influences. This problem annually leads to losing of a large number of products made on the basis of metal, and the question is especially important in the construction industry. Financial costs for regular repairs and replacements of parts of the structures are much higher than the price of the metal they were made of. In addition, corrosion products negatively affect the environment and human health. However, not only the metal parts fall under damages - ferro-concrete products often require anti-corrosion protection as well.
To reduce the cost of maintenance and repairs, and significantly extend the life of metal products, TM KRON has developed a range of coatings for the anti-corrosion protection of building constructions.
The features of the coatings for building constructions
Application of anti-corrosion systems in construction has shown good results thanks to the many features of special coatings.
• High service life of the coating allows a long time to choose the suitable option for different types of the metal. For example, there is a protection coating for concrete (or metal-concrete constructions) and metal constructions.
• Different levels of protection systems mean maximal immunity both to normal conditions and to highly aggressive environment.
The usage of anti-corrosion means gives excellent results in industrial construction, bridge construction, and other areas that require maximal protection of large objects from the effects of the unfavorable environmental factors.
