KRONOPUR 420g

Description

KRONOPUR 420g is a two-component polyurethane gloss enamel. The advantages of KRONOPUR 420g include fast drying. The product has high light resistance; therefore, it is recommended for products exposed to atmospheric influences. Due to the high gloss level, the enamel has good filling power and elasticity. The material is used as a finishing enamel for vehicles, agricultural machinery, cranes and forklifts.

The product is classified according to the "medium" resistance class in the corrosion resistance class C5-M, according to UNI EN ISO 12944, as a finishing enamel when applied in a three-layer cycle on sandblasted metal.

Application conditions

The primer or primer must be covered with finishing enamel strictly following the deadlines specified in the product data sheets.

• The product must be applied at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%.

• The surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.

• Temperatures below +10°C slow down the drying process.

• Drying times may vary depending on the thickness of the coating and the relative humidity.

• Good ventilation of the product surface facilitates drying.

• Stacking times depend on the thickness of the coating, the relative humidity and the size of the products.

Operating recommendations

Used containers must be disposed of in accordance with national legislation and/or regional regulations. After finishing painting work, it is recommended to immediately rinse all equipment with a special flushing solvent.

• Storage stability at +5°C to +30°C is 12 months.

• The product should be stored in a closed, dry place, away from heat sources.
