Finish alkyd glossy enamel

Description

KRONOCOR 410g is a finishing alkyd glossy enamel. The advantages include a quick drying time, easy application and excellent color retention. The enamel has high light resistance and resistance to atmospheric influences. The product is used as a finishing enamel for agricultural machinery, earthmoving equipment and cranes, as well as for frames and products of light and heavy engineering.

Preparation for coating

The product must be mixed well before use. It is important that the primer or soil is covered with finishing enamel strictly following the deadlines specified in the product data sheets.

Application rules:

• The product must be applied at a temperature of +10°C to +35°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 80%.

• The surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.

• Temperatures below +10°C slow down the drying process.

Brushing is recommended for painting edges and small areas, while roller application should be used on small areas and surfaces. In both cases, make sure that the required amount of material is applied. When it comes to a fast-drying product for industrial use, roller/brush application cannot guarantee the correct appearance (it can cause unevenness or lead to insufficient stretching).

Please note that the drying time of the surface may vary depending on the thickness of the coating and the relative humidity. Good ventilation of the product surface facilitates drying. Stacking time depends on the thickness of the coating, the relative humidity and the size of the products.

Usage recommendations

• Used containers must be disposed of in accordance with national and/or regional regulations.

• It is recommended to immediately rinse all equipment with a special cleaning solvent after finishing painting work.

• The product is stable when stored at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C for 12 months.

• The product should be stored in a closed, dry place, away from heat sources.
